Internet traders

Advice for internet traders on what to include on your website.

If you trade over the internet or other electronic commerce (mobile phone, smart phone etc) you still need to follow consumer law. To avoid misunderstandings and manage customer expectations provide adequate information about costs, terms and conditions. A clear privacy policy is also important.
