We publish all notices that are brought to our attention and fall into the general category of product safety. The Ministry publishes the following notices for information purposes and cannot supply any additional information. All product recall notices: Trident and Moment Whitewater Kayaking and Rafting Helmets
WRSI is recalling 2012 Trident and Moment model helmets because the chinstrap buckle can fail, posing a head injury hazard to users. Samsung Top Loader Washing Machines

MerCruiser 5.0L, 350 Mag & 6.2L Marine Engines
Marine Power International Pty Ltd is recalling these stern drive marine engines because of an issue affecting the wiring harness. Do not to operate the boat until the repair has been completed. Treated Mosquito Nets (Single & Double)
Kathmandu is recalling treated mosquito nets sold on-line and instore since 15 March 2013 because the chemical treatment is too strong and has the potential to cause adverse health effects. Stop Use immediately and return the product to Kathmandu for a full refund. See recall notice for more information. (April 2013)

Bravo 3-Way Camping Fridge 60 Litre (Model XC-60G)
The Warehouse is recalling Bravo Camping fridges sold between 1 November 2010 and 30 April 2011 because of a carbon monoxide hazard.
