Trident and Moment Whitewater Kayaking and Rafting Helmets
WRSI is recalling 2012 Trident and Moment model helmets because the chinstrap buckle can fail, posing a head injury hazard to users. Kathmandu is recalling treated mosquito nets sold on-line and instore since 15 March 2013 because the chemical treatment is too strong and has the potential to cause adverse health effects. The Warehouse is recalling Bravo Camping fridges sold between 1 November 2010 and 30 April 2011 because of a carbon monoxide hazard.
