Getting help

There are a range of agencies that are willing to explain your options either over the phone or in person. These are free services and if you are still confused as to your rights they can help you out by telling you what your best course of action is.

Budget Advice

Visit the Budget Advice Service or contact by calling 0508 BUDGETLINE (0508 283438).

Understanding Your Credit Contract

Community Law Centres can help you understand your credit contract. Contact details of your local Community Law Centre are in the White Pages.

Consumer Advice

Your local Citizen’s Advice Bureau can help you with general consumer advice.
