Joe's story
Joe's new television didn't match the one he ordered
Joe got shown a demonstration model of a television in an appliance store and decided to buy it. When the television got delivered a few days later, it was a different model than the one he ordered. The Consumer Guarantees Act says that goods must match the sample or demonstration model shown. Joe contacted the store and told them he wanted the problem sorted out.
