Fringe Lenders in New Zealand: Desk Research Project
This desk research project was completed on behalf of the Ministry of Consumer Affairs by Research New Zealand. It was conducted as part of the Ministry's monitoring and evaluation of the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003 with the objective to gain a better understanding of the size and nature of the fringe lending market in New Zealand.
