Insolvency
The Insolvency and Trustee Service is a business unit of the
Ministry of Economic Development. The website provides free searches
of the insolvency database to confirm bankruptcies and liquidations.
The site also contains an information library with pamphlets about
bankruptcy and liquidation, statistics, information on the National
Enforcement and Proceeds of Crime Unit and the Insolvency Quarterly
publication.
The Insolvency and Trustee Service also operates a tollfree
contact centre with staff that are happy to answer general queries
about insolvency on 0508 INSOLV (0508 467 658).
Land Transport NZ
Land Transport NZ is a government agency formed on 1 December
2004 from the merger of
Transfund New Zealand and the
Land Transport Safety Authority by the Land Transport
