WWRD is recalling all Wedgwood Peter Rabbit Silver Plated Baby Rattles sold at Ballantynes, Kirkcaldie & Stains and Smith + Caughey stores, from April to December 2015. The rattles may release small parts which pose a choking hazard to young children. Keep the rattle away form young children and contact WWRD to arrange for return and replacement. The 123 Mart is recalling 5 toys sold at its 123 Mart, Dollar Store 123 and MAXOUT Stores. The toys were available from September 2011 to December 2015. The toys fail to meet the mandatory safety requirements and can release small parts. Small parts pose a choking hazard to young children. BRP is recalling Evinrude® E-TEC® G2 74° V6 (3.4 L) outboard engines because the steering system may loose hydraulic fluid and result in a loss of steering control. Loss of steering could result in serious injury or even death. Haier Top Load Washing Machine Recall A recall has been issued for 2 models of Haier top load washing machines – HWMP55-918 and HWMP65-918. The washers were sold nationally from Haier stockists from mid-2012 to mid-2014 . The internal wiring in your washer can break over time and could cause a fire. Got to the Haier website or call their 0800 number to check if you have an affected washer. You can continue to use your washer if you monitor it. Kmart is recalling novelty claydough Christmas themed decorations sold between October 2010 and November 2015. The battery compartment is not secure and could allow children to access the button battery or the battery could fall out. Button batteries can cause serious internal injuries if ingested and also pose a choking hazard to young children. Stop using these decorations and return to any Kmart store for a full refund. The cooktops may not be earthed properly and give you an electric shock if liquid gets into the controls.
