Letter from a lawyer saying a distant relative has died in a car crash?
We have recieved a number of reports from people who, through the mail, have recieved a letter saying that they are related to someone who has died in a car crash and shares your surname.
The letter purports to be from Portugal, but the scammer claims to be based in Barcelona.
It's the classic Nigerian letter scam. Don't respond, put it straight in the bin.
