Text scam from bogus financial advisor

Consumer Affairs has been alerted of a text scam. A scammer called Xia Zhanyi is claiming to be a relation's financial advisor. He says that a $12M deposit is sitting in their account. He claims it will be confiscated by government and given to charity, unless a relative is contacted. He asks people to email their personal details to Xia1Zhanyi@gmail.com.
