A recruitment company may have conned New Zealanders out of hundreds of dollars with the promise of work in Australian mines. The company drew people in at recruitment seminars in Auckland and Rotorua, where they asked attendants for $690 to have their CVs polished and to set up Skype interviews. It appears that there were no jobs and numerous people have been left out of pocket.
